Our Harvey Norman Women’s team continues to impress with strong win’s over previously unbeaten teams Cronulla and Mounties. This places the Central Coast Roosters as undefeated after 13 Rounds in their competition. At Central Coast Stadium, as a curtain raiser to the NRL Roosters v Raider’s game, the Central Coast Roosters v Cronulla Sharks had a fantastic opportunity to showcase the Women’s game both locally and nationally. Our girls came from behind for a 24-10 win. Similarly, the Roosters gave away an early points advantage to come back and beat the previously undefeated Mounties 22-20. With two home games remaining, the Roosters are widely tipped to take out the HNWP Minor Premiership for two consecutive seasons.

Our last two regular season game are back at Morry Breen Oval. This week we take on the Wests Tigers with a 1.30pm Kick-Off. Get along to support your girls at every opportunity.

The Following Round 19th of June will showcase all girls Rugby League at Morry Breen Oval with the Central Coast Roosters v Glebe game with a 5.00pm Kick-Off. The Stars of our game will be on hand to sign memorabilia and have photo’s taken with their heroes.

Congratulations to our Representative girls in the Under 19’s NSW Team’

In Junior news, our Under 13’s Boys Targeted Performance Program and the Inaugural Under 15’s Girls Tackle Development Program began last Friday night. Talk amongst the playing group was very positive and attendance was at almost 100%. These teams will play at a Development Day at Nolan’s Reserve, Manly on the 30th of June after a 4 week Program.

A reminder that ALL Coaches are invited to attend to observe and at times, assist with drills etc, during these sessions.
